Having worked with clients through the financial crisis in 2007 and supported government departments through significant budget reduction cycles, we have developed a methodology for quickly identifying where costs can be taken out without impacting service or where a small reduction in service could greatly reduce costs.

We use a mix of industry benchmarks, our own commercial insights into vendors current pricing and a unique modelling approach to carry out the cost reduction service quickly and efficiently.

We use the internationally recognised audit standard, COBIT (Control Objectives for IT) to undertake a thorough, holistic and evidence based audit of your organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems and processes to determine where there may be risks and their potential impact. 

We will then work with your staff and suppliers to identify remediation actions and projects so that the outcome of our work is a clear plan to mitigate or reduce risks over a defined time period.
